About this apartment we can underline its private big terrace with private swimming pool (exclusevely for your use), a pleasure almost impossible to get in the downtown of Seville. As you can see in the pics below, the terrace has a big table with chairs under a big awning, so you can enjoy here any of the meals during the day; also in the roof, we find a private swimming-pool.

The apartment is located in rehabilitation (year 2006) of a typical Sevillian house of 1888 with a central courtyard, which makes the apartment very luminous and quiet.

As for its location, definitely is very good, situated very close to the following monuments and landmarks: La Maestranza bullring, Cathedral and Giralda, Golden Tower, Nuestra señora de la O church, etc.
