Spent a fabulous 3-day trip, mainly in the apartment, as it made us feeling so comfortable that was hard to leave and go out to the heat. From our arrival to the departure time the owner was really flexible and laid-back, accommodated 100% to our schedule. The first impression was excellent \"Clean, light, cozy, cool\". Opening the cupboard drew another smile on our face. We have coffee, woohoo! We had a booking for 4 but finally we were only 2 so we had plenty of space to create our territory. Even though, it wouldn\'t had been a problem to stay with 4 people. The sofa bed was huge enough not to open and the bedroom had another king size bed. As it was a short trip we only arrived with handbags so the towels and shower gel provided came very handy. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils, microwave, extra blankets, hair dryer, well-working wifi and informations about the city so it doesn\'t matter if you\'re a first timer. You can educate yourself in a brief on your sofa (with your awesome Spanish omelette purchased next door supermarket) before stepping out to the historical centre of Seville. Yes, the location is another plus. When you get to a new place, the first thing you probably want to know: \"Where I can eat their proper food?\" Our favourite, Duo Tapas on Alameda de Hercules (an enormous square surrounded by cafes, tapas bars, local pubs) were just few minutes walk away. Try their duck magret, pork cheek\'s stew, green mustard specialty or anything they recommend, you won\'t regret. Crossing the square you can walk into the central shopping area in just another couple minutes. The good thing in Seville is, that you can take a fab pic every corner so you don\'t even realise how far you walked. Not to get very lost by the night when you actually need to have a look at the map where your accommodation is, I recommend using the river bank as a navigator. Just remember Puente de la Barqueta, the bridge closest to the apartment, so you can easily jog home anytime. I mean you can walk or choose the bus but Seville has a fantastic river bank where hundreds of people run 0-24. All in all, our stay at apartment Becquer was an absolute worth of money, would highly recommend to anyone staying short or long term in Seville.

Buen viaje!!!”

“In short, we had a wonderful time living on Calle Bequer for those 5 weeks. The apartment was perfect for us, the location was perfect for us, we couldn't have been more pleased. We loved becoming, as much as foreign can, becoming part of the neighborhood. The apartment has all one needs, to sleep, to cook, to watch Spanish game shows, to live a simple life, or use as a base for exploration. It can be a little noisy, get over it! All apartments in Spain are noisy! It is a true, reliable, wonderful local world, enjoy it! Drink wine, sit in cafes, walk till your legs hurt, go to the river and just sit and watch and absorb Spain. Mike and Tina, San Diego, California.”

“We have had a lovely stay at apartment Becquer. The nearby Alameda de Hercules is a great place to enjoy the evenings with lots of cafes/bars and a great atmosphere. We have enjoyed several breakfast at “Churros” of toasted croissants with jam, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice –we can recommend this as a great start to your day- located just past the market on calle Feria. We can also recommend “Café Hércules”, just off the Alameda as a friendly and quaint little bar/café with very useful free Wi-Fi. “La Ilustre Victima” restaurant/café/bar (open from 20:00) does a lovely food in a charming atmosphere. We had six tapas dishes between two of us, expecting them to be reasonably small, but they were generously sized so we couldn’t finish them all, however they were all delicious! The best place we found for vegetarians (as one of us is). About €18 for the six dishes. Located again somewhere just off the Alameda. Also two mojitos for €5. There is an “antiques” market on the Calle Feria on Thursday mornings –worth checking  out for the atmosphere and the possibility of finding a few treasures although there is a lot of junk. There is also an art market on Sunday mornings outside the Museo de Bellas Artes – it’s not huge but there are some lovely things, definitely worth a visit, same some spending money for this. The apartment itself is perfectly comfortable with great air-conditioning. Sevilla has been lovely. Muchas gracias Nacho Quiros! Anna & Tom (UK).”

“The apartment was great! The position is just perfect to see Seville. The city in very beautiful and full of life. We advice the place “Las Columnas” at Alameda de Hércules. To travel to Cordoba the best thing we found was the train; buy the tickets at the Renfe office in Calle Zaragoza (it only takes 40 minutes to Cordoba). A good place to know is the Tourist Information Center at Plaza Nueva, they have every possible information and free use of internet from Monday to Friday. Thank you Nacho Quiros, and also to your sister Amelia Quiros who welcomed us so well. Gracias y hasta la próxima. Miguel y Michael.”
