“Appartamento davvero carino e caratteristico.

This is a very pleasant flat with colour and character, in a great location, interesting street. Everything very clean, kitchen well equipped and bathroom beautifully tiled in earth tones, comfortable bed. We enjoyed the quirky, arty décor of the living room, good textiles, exposed brickwork and the view over surrounding roofscapes, with doves and swallows. Two flights of stairs up but proprietor had warned about this beforehand very fairly. Nacho who speaks excellent English is charming, information supplied about Seville was thorough and useful. Enjoyable walk from the flat to the cathedral, the railway station only about 15 minutes walk making a day trip to Cordoba very easy. The Mas supermarket closeby is full of delicious food and open at all hours and we loved the Puerto Osario restaurant, great food and people.

Seville is a fantastic experience of Spain, new to us (I recommend the enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff in the main tourist office, the best I have ever found in my travels). Lovely friendly tapas cafes everywhere, little squares full of orange trees. Unforgettable gardens of the Alcazar. Great sights, history, identity - anyone new to Spain, like us, will have a great experience as we did.

“I stayed for 3 nights at Nacho's apartment and can highly recommend the place. It is close to everything, even if you don't want to walk down to the center, it only takes a few minutes to reach the culture and history with a bus. The busstop is just around the corner in both directions. There is a nice small supermarket also just around the corner, so if you do eat in, there is a great selection. If on the other hand you want to enjoy a tapas or a meal, that too is just around the corner from the apartment. Everything is clean, the kitchen has what is needed for two people. The shower is good and everything just works. The wifi is perfect. All the communication with Nacho was great. One thing is that we (me and my mother) were driving from Madrid and on our way to Portugal, and it is not recommendable to try to park near to the apartment. It is better to do as we did and rent a parking place outside the center, it is not expensive and the car is watched 24/7. We found one, very good and reasonable priced (20 Euro for 3 days in all). Then take a taxi back and forth (takes only a few minutes) and everyone is happy. Sevilla is a wonderful place and we really want to return very soon. Thank you Nacho for being our host and for all your help.”

“Nacho was very welcoming and included a comprehensive list of things to do, places to eat and other practical info. The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable. It is on a quiet street and within walking distance of all major sites from the old town to the football stadium. The restaurant Puerta Osario which is just a minute further down the street has fantastic food- definitely worth a stop for lunch or a drink and some nibbles. I imagine most people head the other direction toward the old town so wanted to make a point of mentioning it. We had a fantastic time in Sevilla and would return again to this spot or any of Nachos other listings.”
