“Beautiful Apartment on a perfect location!

LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY: It was a short but lovely two-days stay in this beautiful apartment right at the Historic centre of Seville. The location was absolutely perfect! As it is situated at a very quiet & clean neighbourhood at the heart of the city. The apartment is approximately 100m away from El Salvador Church, & about 2-3minutes walk away from the Cathedral de Sevilla, Giralda Tower, Alcazar of Seville, & all other major points of interest. Everything you need is just around your doorstep, You name it: Restaurants, Tapas Bars, shopping areas, banks, parks, convenience stores, coffee shops, pharmacies, wine shops, are just stone-throw away.

COMFORTABILITY, LAYOUT & AMENITIES: You can feel the vibe of a Spanish-ambient in this lovely Typical Sevillian-style apartment with a very high ceiling, wooden flooring & ceilings, wooden large windows over-looking the courtyard. Ventilation is very good cos of the high-ceiling & huge windows. The lay-out of the apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures. The metal staircase gave more charm to it.

*The Bedroom is located at the loft area, accessible thru the staircase. A very comfortable queen-size bed provided with Linens, Pillows & Comforters.

*The Bathroom is decent, with cold & hot shower, & with some Toiletries available (Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc.)

*The living room is spacious & have a large sofa convertible into a queen-size bed, & fixed-couches by the window. Lamps, lightings, & heaters are available.

*There is a small-hidden Kitchen, complete with Kitchenware’s: Refrigerator, microwave, stove, cookware, utensils, and basic spices: salt, sugar, coffee etc.

SAFETY: The place is very secure, quiet & peaceful neighbourhood. I can walk around 2-3am in the morning and feel safe with all the street lightings. I don’t see any bystanders or gangs hanging around elsewhere.

GOOD WIFI CONNECTION.

AFFORDABILITY: With its perfect location, comfortability, safety, spacious and basically all-I-need is right at this apartment… I can definitely say it is the BEST VALUE for money!

VERY HELPFUL HOST: Nacho, is very friendly & accommodating. He is very knowledgeable with the historic places in his town. Basically, all the information you need to know you can ask him thru sms, and he responds right away. He is very personal in handling his clients.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE!! I would surely love to stay here again the next time I will be back in Sevilla & recommend it to my family & relatives!”

“We have spent a wonderful time here, long enough to know the city well. And yet we did after 3 weeks of wonderful discoveries. Obviously we have visited all the main attractions but also the popular neighbourhoods like Macarena and Triana. The Spanish people are very cordial and helpful to point the way here and there and to give directions, the advantage is that my wife speaks decent Spanish. If you visit attractions don’t forget that EU citizens or retirees often have significant reductions or free admission. The stay in this nice apartment was very pleasant, quiet at night. Some tips for those who have a lot of time: visit the beautiful city of Cadiz (bus “Comes” organization, express bus, bus station San Sebastian; travel time 2 hours) and the fortified city of Carmona (bus Avenida Kansas City, bus stop MediaMarkt; travel time 30 minutes). In Sevilla 2 interesting “hospitals” (Hospital de la Caridad with Murillo paintings) and Venerables (Velazquez). The Salvador Church is close by; on weekend after noon the whole neighbourhood grab a beer on Salvador square. Tapas bars; we have not visited all the 2000 in the city haha. Cozy old bars: 17th century Antigua Abacería de San Lorenzo (calle Teodosio) and El Rinconcillo, one 300 years old (calle Girona). One of the best tapas bars: La Brunilda (calle Galera), delicious tapas, not expensive, but always crowded. For sure we will be back some day! Lucy and Harry from Roermond, Holland.”

Uživala sam tijekom svog kratkog boravka u Sevilli.”

“We came in and fell directly in love with your apartment! We had a very nice stay and liked everything. Also Sevilla was great and we will come back to eat more tapas and drink wine. Unfortunately we didn’t meet you but your sister Amelia was also very friendly and speaks good enough English! (she apologized for her bad English). Thank you that we could rent your apartment and you trust us on your word (and e-mail) that we came! Greets from Edwin and Anaja, from Holland.”

“We are students from Cardiff University in UK. Sevilla is our last destination of Spain in this Easter holiday. We love the city just like the city loves us. The strangers on street, the servants in restaurants, the host of the apartment all of them willing to offer their help to solve our problems. Their passion and enthusiasm impress us a lot. We love the city because it’s the most beautiful city we’ve ever been to. A river split the city in two parts. Along the river, so many citizens exercise there along with everlasting sunshine and blue sky over them, splendid architectures around them. What an enjoyable lifestyle in this lovely city! In our 3 days trip here, we hadn’t visited so many monuments but just laid on the riverside to relax and we also rent the bicycles so we can travel around the city to feel different regions of Sevilla. We found this apartment very convenient as you can find bus/taxi station very near, the supermarkets, delicate stores, stylish restaurants and most important monuments are all in walking distance. By the way, Nacho Quiros is really a nice host and we appreciate his help! This is our first trip overseas as a couple. It’s unforgettable and hope we can go back one day!”

“I found some china wares which are made in China in the kitchen. What an enjoyable discovery it is! We really had a great, unforgettable short stay in this apartment. It is convenient to walk to anywhere in the old town. We also tried to walk to Plaza de España (you really have to go there), not exceeding 15 minutes walking. Here are some tips which maybe can help you: if you want to buy some daily-use articles, you can go to Supersol or Mas supermarkets (open from 9:00 to 21:00); if you want to drink something with friends, you can go to Plaza del Salvador or Plaza de la Alfalfa; if you have enough time, maybe you can to to Plaza de la Encarnacion to see a new giant building (Metropol Parasol), which is the biggest wooden building of the world. From the top, you have a nice city view, such as the Cathedral, Giralda, Torre del Oro, etc.”

"This is a great apartment. In the center of the city and close to grocery shops, tourist sites, public transportation. Nacho was really good about answering my emails in a timely manner. And he was extremely flexible with me concerning payment and date changes. I really liked that he held the apartment with a personal check rather than a deposit through Paypal. It just started the relationship off on a positive note. I would highly recomend this apartment. All transactions were smooth, fair, and trustworthy. Besides, it is a lovely flat, ideal for either short term or long term stays in the city (I was in the apartment for one month). An excellent choice."

“We had a short but fantastic stay in Sevilla! Thanks Nacho Quiros for your warm welcome and your beautiful apartment, it really made us feel at home. We enjoyed especially the Alcazar  and the Casa de Pilatos, but also the Cathedral and the Plaza de España, the Torre del Oro, and the flamenco en la Carboneria. We got lost several times (according to everyone does in Santa Cruz!) but it gave us the opportunity to see a great deal more of Sevilla than planned. Bar Estrella is great for tapas –try the spinach and solomillo at whisky. They have an English version of the menu but the place is frequented by lots of Spaniards. The flamenco show at Casa de la Memoria is quite good but go there at least half an hour before the show so that you can get a front row seat-all the seats are at one level so you don’t get a good views unless you are in the front row. It was really too short, so we’ll have to come back some time! Thanks so much, Erik.”

"Een fantastisch appartementje in hartje Sevilla. Klein, maar door slimme oplossingen was er toch genoeg ruimte om je prettig te voelen. Zeer smaakvol ingericht!Het appartement ziet uit op de patio en is daardoor erg rustig.De ontvangst door de eigenaar was bijzonder hartelijk en professioneel, naast uitleg over het appartement kregen we veel nuttige en leuke tips.
